Eligibility for ₱7000 Medical Allowance

• The Philippines Teaching and non Teaching staff of public schools can claim this. 
• These workers are required to show their original receipts for medical expenses such as fees, laboratory tests, diagnostic tests, hospitalization or medication.

There are main three options to avail this medical allowance:

1. Via Health Maintenance Organization: Through HMO under group enrollment, the individuals can enroll in the coverage. The school heads need to coordinate with the provider for coverage and benefits. The HMO selected for the availment must meet 5 minimum service criteria:

2. Via Direct Medical Reimbursement: Individuals can submit the original documents with medical certificate, physician referral, prescription, diagnostic or laboratory results. The allowable medical expenses are:
